Walking distance from Strang Park (going under renovations) and JoCo library. This is a really great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There is a charcoal grill that we will leave for your use if desired or we can also take it off of the property. Basic lawn care (mowing) expected of the renter (lawnmower will be supplied) I'm flexible with renters wanting to paint bedrooms with approval of color by owner. This house is non-smoking. *Added photos as of 3/5 - we are still working on some cleaning duties (mopping floors/power washing deck ect. ) but wanted to get some photos on the site Renter is responsible for electric, gas, water, and trash. Open to cats/dogs with owner approval and refundable $200 pet deposit. Open to a 6 month lease agreement or 18 month agreement as well. Owner is responsible for waste water.
