The space is a furnished bedroom (bedframe, mattress, cube style dresser, and a standing mirror), wood floors, and a private powder room. The vanity table can be used as a work station when needed. The full bathroom and the rest of the home is shared with a working professional and her Doberman. (Please excuse the clutter. I'm still organizing but this room and closet will be cleared and ready for your personal touch by 1 August) Rent includes Washer / Dryer, one parking spot, kitchen, Wi-Fi and utilities. $550 per month plus deposit to move in, background check, and an agreement to a cleaning schedule is required. -No smoking in the home. -1 year lease, then it goes to month to month. -Your laundry days are Wed & Thur. Linen, towels, etc... are Sat & Sun. -I prefer that we clean our respective and communal areas on Sundays. This is a must for me.
