It is super convenient, as many restaurants and supermarkets such as Trader Joes and VONS are nearby. Parking is easy, there is one designated carport and additional parking in the complex and also on the street nearby. Neighbors are kind and look out for one another. I love the huge vaulted ceilings in the living area. Also, there are 2 skylights in the condo that bring wonderful natural light to the whole place. Please communicate with me what you're looking for in terms of lease length. I'm flexible, but hoping for someone looking for a lease 10 months or longer. Water is included in price. Electric and Gas will need to be covered by the renter. I can leave the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the condo for you to use. Thank you!
