Asking price from property manager is 2395, i got this on a discount for 2195 and that's what you will pay :). One bedroom is a master and the other bedroom is a standard size bedroom. The masters is huge and has a walk in closet and a built in vanity/storage space. My roommate recently had to move out, which unfortunately left me paying the entire rent alone. I am moving out simply because I can't afford to live here anymore and luckily my friend has offered for me to move in with him on may 1st. I am not just saying this for advertisement but, I absolutely love this place! Club river run has by far been the most comfortable, community friendly complex I have ever lived in! My neighbors are amazing and so friendly, the staff here are so helpful and always make me feel at home. The amenities here are the best: tennis courts, basketball courts, automatic rock climbing wall, full size gym, public clubhouse and kitchen for parties/gatherings, free computer and printer access, and TWO parking spaces, plus so much more! This is by far the cleanest place, the groundskeepers work daily to keep this place extremely clean. I absolutely love this place and wish I could stay.
