There is 2 private rooms, the common shared spaces are the restroom, kitchen and the living room. One of the rooms has a closet and the other one do not have a walk in closet. I provide the fridge the stove and common apliences. The rooms are medium size and i only accept women no dogs aloud, if they need to do parties they can but they have to clean up after themselves. no smoking allowed no guys allowed after 8 PM if people are going to stay with you and your room, you have to pay additional $15 per night no pets allowed inside the house
