This house is in a neighborhood that is 1/2 way built out by the builder, Lennar. Existing houses to the west and southwest are significantly lower priced. The houses listed as comps that have sold and are used to determine the value of this house are not in line with the prices that houses are selling for in this neighborhood. I am concerned that Zillow "low balls" the value of this house based on the older surrounding neighborhoods....
