TERMS: Check-in time is 4:00 PM; however, in our continuing effort to provide a pleasant stay, guests will be able to check in as early as rooms are available. This rate is subject to availability. Should the preferred rate not be available, the best available house rate will prevail. Guest room rates are offered on a net, non-commissionable basis and are subject to our state tax and local taxes. GUARANTEE: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. In the event that a reservation is guaranteed and the guest fails to check in on the date of arrival, the credit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged one night's room fee, plus applicable taxes. Reservations must be cancelled more than to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's room fee plus applicable taxes. A cancellation confirmation number will be provided upon cancellation and should be retained for reference. Please note: Rates are based on a stay that consists of consecutive nights. If the guest departs earlier than expected, the rate will be adjusted accordingly and will be retroactive to the guest's date of arrival. TERMS: Terms of this agreement are subject to room availability. The Sonesta ES Suites Huntington Beach Fountain Valley reserves the right to cancel or alter terms of this agreement with thirty days' written notice if the room night usage is not consistent with the Commitment.
