Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to move into an extra room I have in my bright 2 bedroom apartment (asap). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished but the room is empty. Its on the Berkeley border, 5 minutes from multiple freeways, and a lovely 10 minute walk to Ashby BART. Parking is decent with no break ins ever. Deposit is the same as rent at move in and we share utilities. There is a laundry room on site and a nice big lawn in front that gets lots of sun. The neighborhood is quiet but very friendly and there are not too many units. I currently live alone with my one lil cat. Please message me for more details or photos.
