House is in a great centrally located area with close access to Turnpike, US-1 and Old Cutler in minutes no matter where you are going. Lots to do near by as you can see on Google. Golf Course, Zoo, lots of restaurants and many more entertaining ventures to be enjoyed. MDHCV /HUD Section 8/ Voucher holders can reach out. All applicants would thoroughly be screened. Detailed, applicants would also pay a screening fee. Utilities are to be paid by tenant, to include water, gas, power. Last month to be collected at signing. Lawn will be handled each month by owner. Pool maintenance can be handled by owner or tenant, can be determined base on agreement. Year to year lease. Other lease agreement and details to be discussed on contract. A $47 non-refundable screening fee. Once all screening and checks have been performed and you are offered and agree the lease agreement a $3450 refundable security deposit and last month rent $3450 will be collected upfront WHEN you sign the lease. Then first month $3450 to move in. Understand I do have a screening process which we can discuss as part of the process. It involves credit, criminal, Income Insights and eviction reports, past landlord's and leasing recommendation. If you feel that you won't have an issue with any of those things please feel free to reach out to continue with tour and the process. You will also need to pre-qualify base on a few questions and income/job status and credit. That is the process, if you know you won't qualify please do not attempt, just a fair warning. However currently taking a pre-selection of those who are interested and qualify.
