Monthly rent is $995 plus tenant pays all utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer/trash). Tenant is required to pay First Month's Rent and Security Deposit Equal to the Rent as a requirement to move in and a $250 water deposit. ($995 x 2 = $1990 + $250 water security deposit) Each applicant needs to provide proof of income for the last 2 months of paychecks, copy of ID and a $45 completed application fee.
