We took this house down to its studs. We replaced all wiring, copper plumbing, and added a gas log fireplace that has a forced air fan control. It heats the house beautifully. There is some of the original wood (reused) throughout the house. We added the second full bath with jaccuzzi tub in a dormer upstairs along with a dormer in both upstair bedrooms. The house was not insulated, so there is now insulation troughout the house. The place has been TOTALLY done. We've lowered the price from $469,000.00 Neighborhood Description It is in upper Moonridge section of the valley. The neghborhood is a quiet one other than holidays when the tourists come up to the valley. Then you only hear more cars on the road. It is a beatuifully wooded area of Moonridge. We call the cabin "9 Pines" because there is 10 pine trees on the lot (go figure). 10 Pines didn't sound as good as 9 Pines. We spent almost a full year in remodeling this property and just love it and we think you will too.
