Upgraded carpet in the family room 3. Painted walls throughout 4. Replaced plain formica countertops in the kitchen with Granite tile 5. Replaced the small backsplash with Travertine tile and decos 6. Installed an over-the-range microwave 7. Replaced countertops and flooring in 2nd bathroom with Travertine tile 8. Had hardwood flooring professionally installed in the 2nd bedroom 9. Replaced countertops and flooring in the master bathroom with ceramic tile Moving outside, we've: 1. Professionally landscaped the entire backyard (including automatic sprinkler system) 2. Planted 6 clumps of Aspen trees 4. Planted a 9' tall Evergreen tree (for privacy from neighbors behind) 5. Constructed a large Trex deck If you have any questions about the house, please feel free to ask! Neighborhood Description The elementary school is about 5 blocks from our home. There are 2 parks in the neighborhood that are within walking distance. Our HOA takes great care of the 'Fronterra Village' entrance and all landscaping throughout the neighborhood. Although it's close to DIA, the insulation that our home has filters out the majority of the air traffic noise. Close to DIA, so traveling is easy! This neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and well maintained.
