My buddy Todd and I went in and bought a Lot as an investment in FireFox, on Driftwood Lane, the nicest neighborhood in Elizabethtown. The plat was finalized last week by the City. Todd has the clear plat in hand. Todd already owned Lot 9, he added half of Lot 10 (Parcel B) to the lot, so now it’s a Lot and a half, (36k square feet). Zillow isn’t up to date, so I’m listing the same thing on both Lots. Driftwood Lane has hefty building requirements, I was out there today and just took a couple quick pictures of the neighbors. The area has grown quickly, several houses are not on Google yet. If you are interested I work in Etown and can show you the lot just about anytime, or if you want to drive out there and check it out, feel free, I’ve got a FSBO sign up. It’s roughly 234’ wide by 250’ long. The other half of Lot 10, was purchased by the people building on the corner in Lot 11, you can see the basement being poured in one of the pictures, Lot 10 doesn’t exist anymore. On the plat review that is the first picture, as just a reminder this is Lot 9A.
