Resort rate is $200/night + while we try to offer a top of line unit for a reasonable price. Daily rate is $125/night plus tax/clng fee. Holidays are higher rates. Rate quoted is per night, NOT month, but daily rate was not a selection. This is a Vacation Rental unit leased only for short term. Rate is exclusive of tax and Clng fee. Feel free to text or call.
