I'm looking to share unit 999 of this side by side duplex with 1 roommate. This property address is a side by side duplex and the left unit is already rented out, the 999 unit(right side) is owner-occupied by me and I have 1 or 2 bedrooms to rent out depending on the needs of the person applying. All amenities like Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are shared. You will be only responsible to pay for the electricity bill and internet. I pay for water/trash/sewer and yard work. Street parking and a parking spot are available. I can also maybe get you a garage spot if the other tenants are not using it. 1 year at least but open to other ways
