It has a beautiful garden view of the interior courtyard area and a blue water ocean view from the balcony. The condo sleeps four with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa (queen memory foam) in the living room. Our unit is B117 which is on the end of the B building with neighbors on only one side. It is in a quiet area of the complex on the first floor. The complex has 2 heated pools, 3 spas, Saunas, 2 BBQ areas, is gate guarded, has 24 hour security guards provided, has a putting green, ping pong tables, pool tables, a fitness center (gym), saunas, beautifully landscaped grounds, and many resort style amenities. The condo is furnished and contains beach chairs and beach towels.The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils. Linens are provided. To access the beach, walk on the path past the koi pond and swimming pool, go out the gate and you are on the sand! Furnished; Includes water, sewer, trash, gas, Cable T.V. including HBO and Showtime, Cox High Speed internet (wifi), landscaping services, and 24 hour security patrol service. Unit comes with one space in the parking garage. On site laundry facilities. Non-smoking (of any kind - no tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) complex. No pets. Maximum occupancy 2 persons. Credit Report, Background Check, Proof of Employment, and References are required. Minimum 6 month lease. There is a $150 departure cleaning fee.
