The shared spaces, including the kitchen and living room, are furnished, while the bedroom is not. The cottage has abundant natural light, large double sink bathroom, and new hardwood-style flooring in all rooms. Laundry is available in the adjacent garage. The cottage is a 10-15-minute bike ride to main Stanford campus and SHC/LPCH, and a 10-minute bike (1 mile) to downtown Menlo. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood, lots of birds and trees. The cottage is shared part-time with my partner and I (half the month). We are looking for a kind, considerate roommate to share the cottage with. We keep the cottage clean and organized consistently. Good heater for the cold months, no AC (though rarely needed - the cottage cools off with open windows in the evening in summertime). Rent is $1500/month, includes utilities and internet. Timing and duration of the lease can be flexible. Smoke-free home, driveway parking included. Duration and timing of lease is flexible.
