What we have here is a rather un-townhome townhome. To start with, how many townhomes can give you a fourth bedroom? Not many, we daresay. And if you don't need that space as a bedroom, you get one heckuva nice home office with a covered patio just outside. (A covered patio with its own outdoor fireplace, if you so desire.) Perhaps even better than the fourth bedroom is the third wall of windows. Because the Cadence 6 is always an end unit, it brings in more natural light than you find in the typical townhome. And did you notice all the walk-in closets? A townhome that features three walk-in closets is just plain weird. And quite wonderful.
