Both rooms are technically up for grabs if you need an office. But I would prefer to keep one set up as a guest room. Very large yard, private river access, plenty of storage. There is a very large detached garage available for rent on the property. I've got a traeger and blackstone you would be welcome to use. I'm also building out my garage into a wood shop that you could use as well. Walking distance to shuttle for Mishawaka shows. Besides rent, only other bills are wifi and electric. Landlord pays water and trash.
