Manitou Beach is a 5-minute walk via the back lane, with Seattle and Mt. Rainier views on clear days. Bainbridge ferry (35 minutes to Seattle) is 8 minutes away; Kingston Edmonds ferry offers an alternate route. Safeway, Town & Country, and Ace Hardware in town. Costco, Trader Joe's, Home Depot, and Lowe's are 20 35 minutes away. Keyport and Bremerton past Silverdale also houses a Naval base and a Nuclear submarine facility. The home comfortably accommodates 4 people. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have Murphy beds (a Queen and a full size one) and can easily be converted to an office. .The downstairs bathroom has a small shower; upstairs bath has a large shower; and the master bath has a tub. There are spacious front and back decks for entertaining or to build a fire in the large firepit. Amenities also include a wood stove (fireplace) I the living room,a Rowing Machine in the TV Room and a fire pit in the back deck. We accept house broken trained dogs are okay (medium-sized, about 35 lbs.- 2 pet maximum ($150 per pet - one time non-refundable fee).
