Close by Washington oaks Park and Marineland. Nearby restaurants. No smoking, no candle burning, no oils or weird substances on drain pipes or anywhere. Treatthe house well. Not recomended to use outdorsteps while raining, do not recline on step bars. Do not use electrical outdoor outlets while wet or damp outside. No wild partying no loud noises after 8pm. Guest house may only take 6 ppl in otherwise ask for permision. Bringing a pet will make you loose your stay without reimbursement. No pay no stay. Backgrounds are checked.
