Owner pays for all water usage and electric up to $75.00. If the electric usage exceeds $75.00 per month, the excess will be added to the next months rent. Maximum of 2 small, non-aggressive dogs are allowed at any given time. The non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 is per pet. Absolutely no smoking inside the residence. Failure to abide by this requirement is grounds for lease termination. Tenant is responsible for general day-to-day living maintenance. Tenant must provide their own mattress. Queen size bed frame is provided.
