Our home is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing and memorable stay. What will stand out to you most? Perhaps it's the gourmet kitchen with its stunning 10-foot island perfect for gathering, cooking, and entertaining. Or maybe it's the newly remodeled primary bath featuring heated floors, a custom shower built for two, and a bidet-style toilet for an added touch of luxury. Every bedroom also includes its own private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. Two indoor gas fireplaces add warmth and charm throughout the home, while the spacious front porch is one of our favorite places to unwind. The location is equally special. Situated on a quiet corner lot in the heart of Eastport, parking is easy and plentiful though once you arrive, you may find little reason to use your car at all. Many of Downtown Annapolis's best restaurants, shops, waterfront attractions, and historic sites are within walking distance. As licensed Bed & Breakfast operators since 2002, we have spent years understanding what makes guests feel truly comfortable and cared for. We've incorporated those same thoughtful touches and creature comforts into this home so you can simply settle in, relax, and enjoy your stay. Please note that the home is not childproofed and is best suited for mature couples, professionals, or families with older children who will appreciate and care for the property accordingly. Minimum 1 month lease; minimum 2 months preferred. Maximum lease is negotiable UP TO 6 months. Longer requests will not be answered. No smoking/vaping in or around the property. Quiet neighborhood hours from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am. We require a fresh tenant screening report at tenant expense. No subletting. No short term rentals. No more than 6 people may reside at the home.
