They are lots 26-31, very private area surrounded by National Forrest, very small lake and community. The town is located between Big Bear Lake and Lake Arrowhead. Lots of; hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, boating. The ski resort in running springs is less than 5 miles away. They hold a fishing tournament twice a year at the lake for the kids. There are dirt roads leading to the property and utilities, they are unmaintained and up to the individual property owners to maintain. We have one of the best privately owned views of the lake and stream. This area was just re-opened after 15 years of no access due to someone blocking the road. We are asking 6K each lot.
