The studio apartment tucked at the top of a hill on a dead end street in a extremely safe/quiet neighborhood with virtually no traffic. You have full access to driveway at all times which leads around to back of house and directly in front of your door, i park on the side of the yard or on the street.The property is beneath the main house, which is where I live, but your front door faces the back yard. I am a very laid back landlord and easy to get along with. I keep the property in good condition. The apartment is small but it was only built about 4yrs ago and I try to take good care of it and make it look good for the next tenant. You have your own personal full size washer and dryer right outside your side door in the garage, and full access to back yard to do what you like. There is also some storage available in that garage if needed. It's a great quite little spot only 5min from Walmart, library's and other shopping, downtown is about 10-15min away. Lease depends on your qualifications. If you've got great credit and make over 2x rent and have been employed for 1yr+ than I may be willing to sign a year lease however i prefer initially doing 6months in the first least to make sure we get along. If there are some issues with credit, income, job...then I start off with 3 month. Also a car is a must. Even though the property is close to retail you'd still need a car to reliably get there daily.
