The tenant is responsible for any costs associated with cleaning, deodorizing, or repairing damage resulting from smoking. Utilities and Internet The monthly rent includes the following: Single off-street parking spot Electricity Water and sewer Trash and recycling service High-speed internet/Wi-Fi The tenant agrees to use utilities responsibly and avoid excessive or wasteful consumption.
