This 25-acre prime hunting tract is just off the idyllic Ashville Highway about 18 minutes NE of quaint Monticello. There are several nice homesites near the road along its northern edge. The parcel is connected on its southern edge to a wetland arm of the prolific Aucilla River wildlife corridor.
