This camp is tucked away and very private on 19.7 Acres in the beautiful southern tier of NY. Land is rugged and very undeveloped. Deer, bear, turkey, and lots of other wildlife seen here regularly. A comfortable 16'X20' cabin with a 10'X20' loft is on the property. Cabin is insulated and we have stayed here in comfort down to 10 below. Cabin packed 16 in one night in January when it was too cold for some boy scouts to stay in their tent. Beautiful year round stream on property. Several roads passable for a 4 wheeler on property. Year round spring behind cabin. 2 story treefort/tree-stand with approx 150 foot long zipline that crosses the stream! If you love rugged, natural, and away from it all, this is the place for you. Our family came here every weekend for over 6 months during Covid, but we are moving west and cannot hold on to the property. Time for someone else to love it. Has brand new propane stove/oven & propane fridge along with a brand new propane heater that heats up the place if you don't want to put wood in the wood stove. Very private and close to the market for supplies in the nearest town. I have more inside cabin pix just ask.
