This rental does not allow pets, smoking, or parties. Annual rentals will not be considered. WEEKLY RENTAL - SUMMER 2026 $2,100/week, plus cleaning and security deposit. Multiple weeks may be rented based on availability. No group rentals. SHORT-TERM WINTER RENTAL 10/1/2026 through 4/30/2027 $2,050/month for rent. Owner pays for internet/TV, snow removal, lawn maintenance, and monthly cleaning (required). Renter pays for gas, electric, and 50% of water bill. Winter rental applicants must provide verifiable employment, income, and references. Minimum credit score of 680. Application fee is $50, including credit and background check.
