Rent starts at $1,800/month and will be finalized based on length of stay and the arrangement. Utilities are included. IMPORTANT: Our sweet, mellow cat will remain at the house, so we are specifically looking for someone who genuinely likes cats and is comfortable caring for her while staying here. Because of this, the right person will receive a significant discount from normal market rent. Finding a great fit for both our home and our cat is more important to us than simply filling the rental. No other pets!
