We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. (2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom. (3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, desk space, and nearby bathroom. (4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and a nearby bathroom. Upstairs: (5) Our fifth bedroom has 3 Twin beds and a closet. * In the loft outside of the upstairs bedroom is two additional Twin beds. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Please do not use the interior fireplace. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
