The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property's mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place: 100% Refund Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. 50% Refund After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in. No Refund Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.
