No perk permit in place, however it was inspected by Ashe Environmental consulting at one time and passed inspection for lot to perk. Possible Home Owners Assoc. dues in place, however this particular lot is accessed by a state maintained road and does not require a subdivision road for it to be accessed. Owner does not pay any dues at this time.
