Boat lift may only be used with owner's prior written permission the existing boat on the lift may not be used or moved by the tenant. The RV stored on the property may only be used or removed with the owner's prior written permission and may not be used by the tenant. Tenant is fully responsible for maintaining the outside property, including all tree trimming, dock upkeep, and the fish pond. Landlord and property manager may access the property with 24 hours notice. No subletting or assigning the lease without owner's written permission. Tenant must keep the property clean and sanitary at all times. Tenant is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Five percent late fee applies to rent not received by the fifth of the month. Tenant agrees to quiet enjoyment of the property and will not disturb the neighbors.
