Cost to Build: Now this is the way I would look at it, to buy a home in this area would run you about $1,000,000, now with that said this would be a used home that would be anywhere from 15 to 40 years old, that would still need some additional investment to get it to your liking. On the other hand this Lot would give you the opportunity to build your custom home that is "Brand Spanking New" and with all the bells and whistles that you want, and as long as you stay under the prevailing home prices you come out ahead. I am willing to negotiate on some of the grading cost with you so lets talk... Also take advantage of the neighboring owner who is willing to split the cost of utilities and sewer to the site, this will save you thousands $$$.
