Interaction You are welcome to contact us with questions should anything come up during your stay we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it's necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors. Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival. Getting Around -If you're not bringing your car we have ample parking. Uber/Lyft are your very accessible. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric.
