Looking for 1 roommate for June 2013-May 2014. We are renting a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. The town house also features a two car garage w/ electric door openers, in unit laundry, a dishwasher, a fenced in back yard, a patio, brand new carpeting, and newly painted walls. The rent is $405 a month which includes everything: water, heat, electricity, cable, high-speed internet, and a UW- Stout parking pass for everyone living here. It is 1 mile from Stouts campus.
