We have two medium-sized dogs as well as outdoor barn cats and are open to ONE friendly, well-behaved dog or cat. Our property is fully fenced and our dogs roam around during the day so best if you enjoy canine friends. The 1.5 acre gated property is set at the end of quiet road with no public access or road noise. This is a peaceful, tight-knit community in the mountains. We are a family with a 7yr old and baby on the way; we enjoy surfing, mountain biking, camping, and cooking together. Lastly, mountain living can come with unforeseen weather-related impacts on electricity, road access and the like. We are equipped with a backup generator for power outages and would prefer a tenant or couple with experience in mountain living.
