We offer fully furnished monthly rentals for snowbirds and extended-stay guests looking to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Monthly winter stays are available based on dates and owner approval. Rental rates vary by length of stay, with a signed rental agreement and payment required according to the agreed booking terms. Your rental includes a fully furnished home, Wi-Fi, utilities, and access to the private heated swimming pool at no additional pool heating charge. Please note that pool heating performance can vary during colder weather. A one-time cleaning fee of $250 applies. Up to two small dogs under 35 lbs are welcome with prior approval and a $150 pet fee. Cats are not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. All guests must complete our secure pre-arrival process through Happy Guest, including the rental agreement and guest verification. Guests may select a $49 nonrefundable damage waiver providing up to $1,500 in eligible accidental damage coverage or a $1,000 refundable security hold, subject to applicable terms.
