Perico Bay Club is gated & guarded 24 hours a day. Just one free bridge to Anna Maria Island and the sugar white sands of Bradenton Beach. From the condo lanai, you can see the top of the drawbridge as it opens for boats to pass under. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a cozy seating area. The furniture is Tommy Bahama. There are twin beds in the guest room. The master bath has a walk-in shower, the guest bath has a bathtub and shower. The lanai opens to the master bedroom and the living and dining rooms where sunsets can be enjoyed from all rooms. The heated pool & hot tub are within walking distance. There is a larger, almost Olympic size heated pool at the clubhouse. Both pools feature showers, private changing rooms, bathrooms, pool chairs, tables and umbrellas. The clubhouse also has a workout room, library, full kitchen, meeting rooms & outdoor seating. The community has a fishing pier, barbecue grill, car washing area, relaxing and lovely landscaped walking & bike paths, lighted tennis courts, kayak entry into Palma Sola Bay, kayak storage and shuffleboard courts.
