This property is on top between Bear Creek and Buggy Creek where the wild things are! The area itself is pristine with large pine, oak, hickory and sycamore. Wild plum, cherry, grapes and blackberries can be found also. Turkey, whitetail deer, and black bear are the usual hunt along with hogs once in a while. Basically, old log roads and hunting trails get you there. Old ingress and regress agreements are in practice out here and on the deed meaning some banks will not fund this property. If you plan the adventure to view this piece, you will need a 4x4 and an ATV. There are a couple of creeks to cross and a couple of places where one rides the creekbed.
