Beautiful surroundings a mile above Burnsville town. Very nice neighborhood private but still very close to town. Sorry but no smoking. Plenty of pictures upon request. Large one bedroom one bath with a huge covered deck. It is the bottom floor of a duplex. Looking to rent to a single person or a serious couple only. No more than two people. We keep the grounds immaculate and we would like to keep it that way to show respect to all the neighbors and to ourselves. No junk cars or garbage to be left outside. Friendly pets welcome but cared for only. Not to be left outside without you and around the immediate property please pick up after them. Also this is family place not a place to have friends hanging outside or by no means to be loud and aggravate other renter. It's a wonderful neighborhood and plan on keeping it this way with friendly people only. Not a place to leave or store cars that aren't used or to leave anything outside. Water is included in rent.
