This quiet, private, open and bright single-level house sits up high in one of Cambria's best neighborhoods, Lodge Hill, and is very close to the beach and East Village. It offers both mountain and sunset views, a natural setting, and a spacious deck. The laundry is situated in a detached workshop, and is available for stays longer than 14 days, or by request. Easy access to the single-level home is available by only three steps through the side door. The floor plan is efficient, but feels large due to the vaulted ceilings and large windows. It offers two bedrooms with views, one bathroom, a dining room, a small kitchen, and a living room with views. The bathroom is en suite to the Master Bedroom, but is also accessible to the rest of the house, and offers a shower, toilet, and sink. There is a separate workshop, basement area, and one-car, enclosed carport. The efficient kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but a full range and refrigerator are included for use by the Tenant. The Owner does not accept animals or EV charging. Please do not complete an application until you have spoken with the Owner about your stay. Utilities and furnishings are included in the rent rate. Property is in a natural setting and the grounds are largely unkempt, but would be knocked down every month or so. The ideal property capacity is no more than two adults. Events, additional overnight guests, and smoking are prohibited unless otherwise negotiated. In addition to the capacity of 2 adults, children are welcome on a case by case basis, because of capacity limitations. There is a cleaning fee of $150-$250, depending upon the length of your stay.
