Lovely Lakeside Lodge is on Canandaigua Lake and has about 3/4 wall of windows surrounding the home where you can usually enjoy sunny mornings and peaceful evenings. Our home is in the Residential Lake District about 2.5 miles to the City line where you can find 45+ restaurants, 5 groceries, Thompson Hospital, many churches, historic and national chain store shopping The home has a new gourmet kitchen, two private terraces (one off large master bedroom and one off the ktichen living room area where you enjoy your meals facing the lake). The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is a jack and jill master bathroom with an enclosed toilet/shower area on second floor, powder room on first floor and an outdoor shower making two full baths until home owner shuts off outside water. Lease ends Friday before Mother's Day. We pay for the cleaning staff to come in once a month when you are not there to clean the home. Home is available until in May. After that date, you can stay but the rent significantly increases. I am looking to find a quiet respectful renter. My minimum is 28 day rental. We can also We take good care of our home and am seeking a renter that will respect what we have done so far and where it needs to go. We do not allow parties. No more than 4 people on the property at anytime. Seasonal furniture, dock and outdoor shower are available at host discretion. Each floor has 734 sf and the home will be rented with 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and couch with private terrace and the small bedroom has a desk and bed. Paid up front at lease signing. Non Refundable. No parties/no more than 4 people on/in property at one time. 2 cars on parking pad/no street parking. $5000 security deposit. Plus $300 utility security deposit per month collected for life of lease in advance of move in. The remaining balance no longer needed to pay utilities is returned to you up to 2 months after you leave. Home must be returned in condition received with everything in place and all is working as received. If not, security deposit will be used to correct the issue with a minimum of $200 fee. Laudry is taken to Lake Lady Laundry. We pay for 3 regular loads a week or possibly our cleaning help can take and return the laundry. Cleaning fee once you leave is $300. You must leave the home clean with all the furniture in the place when rented. Rental Surcharge for home: $3000 in August (pro-rated by days), $2000 for September and October pre-paid with lease.
