In a quiet, upscale neighborhood, about a mile from charming Carlsbad Village, with convenient access to freeway, train, and all San Diego attractions. You are also just 3 blocks to three restaurants, a VONS grocery store, Starbucks, a laundromat and gas station. It's very conveniently located: easily walkable to the beach, a mile to Carlsbad Village and the train station, with easy freeway access - the 5 freeway is 3 blocks away. Full kitchen. All the pots and appliances you need to cook are provided. There is a queen bed with memory foam and luxury linens in the sleeping nook, and the click-clack sofabed in the living area becomes a double bed. You will also find an additional roll-out memory foam twin mattress in the red armoire. There are black out curtains so that cottage is dark for sleep. A curtain can be drawn to separate the sleeping nook from the living room area with the sofa bed. In the living room area, there is an HD smart TV. There is also a dedicated workspace with desk. There is a full bathroom with a travertine shower and additionally, outside there is a private hot-cold surfer shower. The cottage is accessible through a private gate that will take you into your beautiful fully fenced private garden courtyard area with flowers and fruit trees. The guest cottage is completely separate from the main house. The cottage is equipped with an air conditioner/heating system that allows you to set the temperature to your preference. FREE bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella, etc provided! Utilities included. NO smoking inside the cottage or outside.
