No Flood Zone on 32 Acres of Undeveloped Land ~ a little History Lesson for you: Judge Wilder (County Judge before Judge E.G. Archer) originally owned this property when Molino was a booming little metropolis ~ A bridge was under construction between Santa Rosa & Escambia making access to Molino much easier ~ The economy went sour and the construction was haulted. Judge wilder divided some of the property on the survey (but it's all inclusive in the 31.90 acreage) hoping to develop some businesses but never did since the Bridge was never completed.
