There is also a laundry room which is shared with the other tenant. We will be charging $1500 a month plus a $200 utility fee which includes all utilities and fiber internet service. Entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor through the side door. The entryway contains a hallway for storage and a staircase leading to the apartment. We love animals and understand that you may want to bring yours with you. We may allow a dog only in this apartment with the addition of a $35 monthly pet fee. The house does have a fenced in yard and the apartment has a dog door. owner pays for all utilities including Ting internet, trash, electric, water, sewer and gas. $200 utility fee not included in base rent. Cable is the responsibility of the tenant if desired.
