This land has electric and phone to the property line, you will be able to drill a domestic well (permit already pulled through Arkansas Valley Drilling). You will put in septic, drill a well and there are several build spots to put a house at the top where you can see the back of Pikes Peak, Delilah Mountain and overlooking the subdivision. Medical reasons require seller to move to a lower elevation. :-( There are mature pines, pinyon trees, bushes, wildflowers, cactus, some meadow land and part of the driveway is already etched out.
