The primary bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and blackout window covering. The second bedroom offers a queen bed along with a closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and blackout window covering. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. At the back of the home, the sunroom provides a bonus place to unwind or work. An oversized chair creates a comfortable reading spot, and this space also houses the full-size washer and dryer. During the summer months, the home is cooled with a window A/C unit and a portable A/C unit rather than central air.
