The single family home comes with central air conditioning and is about 15 minutes south of Colorado Springs off of Hwy 115. This is a unique opportunity to live on our family ranch in quiet 2 bed, 1 bathroom home. We recently updated the flooring throughout the home , new tile in the bathroom , new appliances in the kitchen with new tile backsplash, new paint, and AC. To keep rent affordable, we are looking for a tenant to feed the ranch horses three days a week and drive around the ranch once a week to make sure the fences are safe and all is well. Experience with horses/livestock/animals is required. In order to feed horses you need to be able to move feed sacks that weigh 50 pounds and be able to move hay bales as needed. The ability to work well with others and communicate is important. For the right person there may be an opportunity to also do additional, seasonal, jobs at the ranch for pay. Because the animals depend on you, absolute reliability on your scheduled feeding days is a strict requirement. We are looking for a non-smoker, pets considered, local employment required, one year lease. Because this house is on a septic occupancy is limited to a maximum of three people.
